8/10/98: Purchased train tickets for next travel day… Visited the Hebron Fellowship, founded by Brother Bakht Singh, a converted Sikh who made a big impact as an evangelist all over India… We were introduced to him briefly, but he is 95 now and in poor health, so we did not spend a long time with him… Caleb introduced us to a couple who are both physicians and feel called to serve as missionaries in a foreign country… We helped by showing them the websites of several missionary organizations and had a great conversation about discerning God’s call and direction… The ongoing work of Gospel ministry continues in, and even goes out from India… Dinner at the home of Caleb and his wife Usha… Usha gave Ruth a beautiful shalwar as a gift…
NOTE: The photo above shows Ruth and I with Caleb and Usha and their children, along with his father, a retired Bible school teacher.
